I just bought a T900 tablet pc, it won't take my sim card or my wifes. I want to make calls from it. what can i do? do you have tech support or a support website?

I bought a laptop from IVY and all of a sudden the screen turned black and do not want to work any more. The yellow and blue lights are on. What can I do. I bought this laptop for my 16 year old son and he is very disapointed. Please Help
